Wow! What service! I had a phone which took the help of a technician. It did take awhile. But he got my old Galaxy S5 rooted.. Verison does everything to prevent rooting. I had them root my Galaxy S7 Edge. After a few hours of the tech remoting in to my computer via TeamViewer, the root process was "done". I use my phone for a few hours only to notice that it is super laggy and won't remember any wifi passwords, so basically I have to re-enter the wifi passwords of known networks EVERY time I need to connect to them. I contact them to fix the issue. I get a 2nd tech that says the 1st tech didn't complete the rooting process correctly. 2nd tech attempts to fix the lag and wifi issues for about 2 hrs unsuccessfully. By the end of it, my phone is stuck in a loop rebooting. A 3rd tech is brought in to unroot my phone. After about an hour, my phone is unrooted, BUT it is completely factory reset.
So, in summary, DO NOT waste your money on these idiots. I basically paid $40 and spent hours with them to have them screw my phone up and got nothing out of it.

The staff did admit they couldn't root my phone (LG G3 VS985 5.1.1) after about an hour on the support chat and easily refunded my money

The app is billed as a "One Click Root", but don't be fooled, it seems that most phones this is not the case. Even though there software said my phone could be manually rooted before shelling out $40, there technicians in the end admitted it could not. If I knew this I wouldn't have wasted my time or money The software is misleading at best.
Summary
Do yourself a favor and try to root it yourself (I successfully did mine after stock TOT flash to 4.0.2, took me about an hour), this program will most likely not save you time because if it's not one-click expect to spent 1+ hour on a remote support session. And from other reviewers it seems if THEY brick your phone, good luck getting any retribution.

please stay away!! They are in for your money. It has never worked for any of my phones and when they need to refund your money they do not. They keep saying the refund was issued but there is no money then they quickly delete your account so you can no longer contact them. This has gone on with me for over 3 months now and i have not been refunded.
I don't even know why they still are in the market. If the software does not work they should be able to refund your money asap.
My advice to anyone who wants to try one click root should please stay away. They will take your money and it will not work for you

It worked with a lot of manual effort. I doubt that the program does anything but push you towards a manual rooting over the Internet via a nameless tech that has complete access to your system for an hour!
The manual root worked... for a while, then they asked for more money to re-root it!

Here's the story....
I had a new Galaxy S4 that I wanted to root and install a new ROM. I downloaded the OneClickRoot apps that went through its gyrations and then led me to a chat session asking for $30 to root it. It was clear to me that the app doesn't doing anything but move you along the sales process. I suspect that every connected phone will lead to a YES, and a sales chat session.
I agreed to have them root the phone, paid the money and a (what I believe) a freelance tech (somewhere else on the web) setup a remote session using Team Viewer. That gives complete control of your PC to the tech! After a struggle, the tech rooted the phone and wrote in the dialogue box that the root would survive a new ROM installation. It didn't, so I had another dialog with the sales rep. who asked for more money to root the phone again.
Summary
Avoid. I declined to go down that slippery slope. I also noted that the company is based in Belize, Central America. That means if they brick the phone, in spite of GUARANTEES, I think that the chances of receiving another phone from them is slim to none.
I won't go near these people again. I suggest you use abundant caution.

Both KingoRoot and towelroot had failed to root my phone, so I decided to go with One Click Root. It said that my phone was compatible, but needed to be rooted manually, and to contact support. So I did, and in 5-10 mins one of their technicians was remotely controlling my computer and doing the entire manual rooting process for me. Maybe 15 mins later my phone was rooted, and I was ready to go! I never would have had the time to figure out how to do that myself, definitely worth the price!
